Although fetal sacrococcygeal teratoma cases are rare, successful results can be obtained with an early and accurate prenatal diagnosis, appropriate surgical intervention and frequent follow-up approach. The management of such cases is a complex process that requires a multidisciplinary approach. The size,content, growth rate and type of the tumor are the determining factors in terms of proper treatment and management planning.
