Objective
Ebstein's anomaly is a congenital defect usually charac-terized by downward displacement of the septal and poste-rior leaflets of the tricuspid valve, with dysplasia of this valve. In this article, prenatal diagnosis, ultrasonographic findings and the obstetrical management of Ebstein s anomaly have been reviewed because of a case referred to our department in the 32nd week of pregnancy due to car-diomegaly of the fetus.
